The staff of Dr. Jeff Mallette is available with flexible hours to meet our patients’ needs. Evening and weekend hours are available by appointment, and Dr. Mallette can be reached after hours so that our patients have access to immediate emergency care.

It’s our goal to have you in a treatment room inside ten minutes of your scheduled appointment! When making our schedule, we try to allow the appropriate amount of time for each appointment. Thus, we ask that you arrive at our office 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment, so that every patient has an equal chance of being seen on time!
We value your time and, unless requested, we try to keep all appointments less than one hour so that we aren’t taking any unnecessary time out of your busy days.
If you need to change your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We ask for at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. A $20.00 cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or repeated cancellations. This will partially cover sterilization and room set-up expenses for your specific treatment. We understand certain circumstances may arise, but please be courteous to other patients needing urgent care.

Your initial visit with Dr. Mallette begins with a review of your general health history. We ask that you provide the staff with any information regarding your medical history. This information is critical to providing you with safe care. We also discuss your needs and expectations.
Next, digital radiographs (x-rays) will be taken, as well as a thorough initial exam, oral cancer screening and complete analysis of your dental condition. Impressions of your teeth and intraoral images may also be needed to aid in diagnosis.
A complete treatment plan will be done by Dr. Mallette and presented at your follow-up visit along with his analysis of the options on treatments available to you to improve and maintain your optimal dental condition.

Our office follows OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe, sterile environment for our patients. We also follow government HIPPA guidelines to guarantee patient confidentiality.
